Soap lovers will certainly be familiar with Emmerdale's Beth Cordingly, who has been thrilling viewers as Ruby Miligan since her arrival last year. Off-screen, Cordingly regularly
shares insights into her personal life via social media. Her recent Instagram post gathered particular attention, despite its intended message about seizing the day. The 48-year-old actress,
recently involved in the intense on-screen takedown of Joe Tate, showcased a markedly calmer side of her life away from the drama of Emmerdale. Beth shared a striking photo of herself clad
in swimwear and penned the caption: "Today called. It said: Get your legs out. Dig out your swimmers. Live your 'one wild and precious life.' Wear sunscreen." "Photo
taken in Greece last summer by my daughter. I said: 'Please can you take this so I can see it when I am a hundred?' She looked at me like I was a weirdo (standard) and took
it", reports Belfast Live. "Then today I thought: 'When I'm a hundred, I hope I'll be interested in something more life-affirming than looking back at this.' So
it's today. Wear sunscreen. Live. What will you do with your one wild and precious life?" Although the actress looked fantastic in her latest photo, fans were mainly struck by how
she maintained balance while lounging on a balcony. One fan remarked: "Great photo, you must have good balance, I'd fall off in a shot!" Another inspired follower responded:
"Goals, you are so inspirational." A third said: "Please get down, I'm scared for you, lol" and another posted: "How did you not have the fear of falling. Omg,
you're a queen!!" Another individual added their opinion, voicing apprehension about her choice of perch: "Apart from looking stunning, I don't like how you're
perched there! I'd end up over the top flat on my face!" While many admirers expressed they found Beth to be "gorgeous", applause also came through for her candidness.
Despite basking beautifully on her balcony, imitating her railing recline isn't something we'd suggest. If don't watch Emmerdale then you will probably recognise Beth from
elsewhere. She's had an illustrious career, joining The Bill back in 2002 as PC Kerry Young. Unfortunately, her character was killed off in 2004, resulting in an ITV3 special titled
'Kerry's Story'. Beth continued her TV journey into the world of soap operas in 2017 where she portrayed Shirley Carter's cellmate Debbie Morton on EastEnders. Since her
introduction to Emmerdale, the character Ruby has experienced a fair share of sorrow. From her husband Caleb's infidelity to the revelation of childhood abuse by her father, audiences
have witnessed her endure a great deal in a relatively short period. Ruby's character development over just a year has been significant, and she's rapidly become a beloved figure
