A MAN FLED THE SCENE ON A BIKE 10:25, 30 May 2025 A man was arrested after customers in a pub were threatened with a knife. At around 8pm on May 23 a man went into the Station House pub on


Station Road, Poulton-with-Fearnhead in Warrington and threatened people with a knife before leaving on a bike. As he fled the scene he was seen by two witnesses to throw the knife into a


bush. No one was harmed in the incident, police have confirmed. Following enquiries a 35-year-old man was arrested and has since been released on conditional bail. Enquiries are ongoing and


officers are now appealing to the public for information. PC Katherine Molyneux said: “I’d urge the two men who saw the suspect throw the knife into a bush to contact us to help us with our


enquiries. The same goes for anyone who witnessed the incident and has not yet spoken to police.” Anyone with information should contact Cheshire Police on 101 or via the website
