ABBEY CLANCY WAS QUICK TO PUT HER HUSBAND IN HIS PLACE AFTER HE TOLD HER SHE WAS 'INSANE' ON THEIR PODCAST THE THERAPY CROUCH, WITH THE MODEL ISSUING A BRUTAL INSULT 08:00, 31 May
2025 Abbey Clancy didn't hold back when she hit back at husband Peter Crouch with a sharp two-word retort after he labelled her "a little bit mad". During an episode of their
podcast The Therapy Crouch, the couple discussed the 'Hot/Crazy Scale' following a listener's question about whether men should opt for less attractive partners to ensure a
tranquil life. The listener had suggested that attractiveness and craziness were directly proportional, prompting Peter, 44, to agree and describe Abbey as both "pretty crazy" and
a perfect "ten out of ten". Abbey, 39, challenged Peter's view, claiming she was "ten for fun and five for craziness", only for Peter to counter by calling her
"completely insane" and "ten out of ten fit and ten out of ten insane". Peter elaborated on his thoughts: "I think there is a scale, ten out of ten is not what you
want really, you need a seven. You're not ten out of ten crazy, you're eight-and-a-half, nine. But you're a lot of fun, so that makes up for it." Article continues below
He teased Abbey about her eccentricities, saying: "You are a little bit mad. You just said before you were licking your horse's face, that's not a normal thing to do."
Abbey said there "couldn't be anything worse than being with a boring [person]", before going on to clarify that Peter meant "crazy in a derogatory way". She
retorted: "That's just not true. You're making out like I scream and shout at you, that's never, ever been done. I've never even swore at you. You're boring and
ugly." The couple then burst out laughing before Abbey insisted that they move on "before I lose my s***'. However, she then consoled her husband by stating that he was
"her dream man". The couple married in 2011 and have four children together; Sophia, 13, Liberty, nine, Johnny, six, and Jack, five. Earlier on in the podcast, the pair opened up
about their journey as parents after one woman asked how the couple broke their pregnancy news to their loved ones. Recalling telling Peter that she was pregnant with Jack, she said: "I
remember calling you and you were with Glen [Johnson] and I called Pete up, and I was like 'Pete...' and he said 'If you're going to say what I think you're about
to say, don't say it' and he put the phone down." Laughing, he responded: "That was number four." Abbey went on to say she fell pregnant with Jack following a
difficult pregnancy with their third child, Johnny. Article continues below "Bearing in mind I had a hellish pregnancy with Johnny, like I was literally in bed for nine months,
hospitalised, sick, 24/7 and a nightmare to live with according to Peter, which I completely deny," she added.
