prices in full. The unique venue is permanently moored on Canning Dock and fully accessible to the public with or without a booking. The vessel, a former Mersey Ferry, was saved from the


scrapheap and underwent a £3.5m renovation transforming it into a chic dining facility. The Daffodil launched in December with an all day menu featuring sandwiches, treats and lunchtime


bites, along with a limited festive menu. The Promenade bar area, which has been completely refurbished, remains on the upper deck and open to all. The main floor is dedicated to the


Daffodil's 126-cover restaurant and diners must book in advance. The further below engine room will come to life as a vibrant event space with music and live entertainment in the coming


months. The restaurant is now in full swing with the first official menu available for diners to enjoy. A few notable dishes include oysters, truffled honey duck breast, surf & turf,
