Anfield stadium this week - one tonight and one on Saturday - which will be his first ever gigs in the city.
Excitement is building before the first concert, with fans having queued for days in Stanley Park to secure the best spot. But one family have done something special to mark Bruce's time on
Merseyside.
Bernadette Sheridan, 60, and her husband Steven Sheridan, 52, have decorated their Anfield home to look like The Stone Pony - the legendary music venue in Asbury Park, New Jersey, credited
with helping to launch Bruce's career before his 1975 breakthrough album 'Born to Run'.
The couple often decorate their home to mark big events and, as big fans of 'The Boss', they decided they had to do something this week. So they have created a replica canopy in front of
their front door, in homage to the concert venue.
Bernadette told the ECHO: "My husband is really into Bruce, a bit more than I am. We decorated it for Liverpool (winning the title), so I asked if he could decorate it for the concerts and
thought 'what about the Stone Pony?'.
"We decorate it whenever special occasions come up - we always do something for Christmas, Halloween, Easter, or whatever's going on in the area. I'm a bit of a lunatic like that.

and we've got American flags."
The decorations have caught the eye of people passing and they have become a talking fan with fellow Springsteen fans who have been in Anfield ahead of tonight's show.

cars and ask what it is. So I've put a big cardboard cut out of Bruce there."
"We’ve had a few people saying it looks like a bed and breakfast. We've been having people in for drinks because we've got a bar in the house, we got talking to a few people around the
ground and invited them around."
As you would expect, Bernadette and Steven will be in attendance at Anfield this evening. They'll also be travelling further afield to watch the New Jersey singer-songwriter and his E Street
Band, who they have seen live many times.
Bernadette said: "We're off to the gig tonight and then we're taking our whole family with us on Saturday. Then we're flying out to Prague as we've got tickets to see him there.
"We’ve seen him in Manchester, Scotland, New York, Florence, Milan, Prague. We've seen him loads but I'm so excited to see him in Liverpool."
Bruce's music plays a very important role in Bernadette's family. She also believes her son and her husband's proposal to her may have played a role in bringing the star to Liverpool for the
very first time.
She explained: "My son met him in Amsterdam. My son’s got lyrics of his songs on his arm - 'I'll love you with all the madness in my soul' - and he explained to Bruce that those lyrics was
how his dad proposed to me.
"He had a big banner in a park in Gretna Green. It said 'I'll love you with all the madness in my soul - will you marry me?'
"So my son said to Bruce, 'you'll have to come to Liverpool'. He said he would'. It's amazing."
