equipment before, it quickly became one of my favourite purchases of the year and has revolutionised my work-from-home routine. Now, shoppers can get their hands on the Sperax Walking Pad

Treadmill for even less, thanks to Amazon's Spring Sale which kicked off earlier this week. The machine currently has a whopping £120 discount, slashing the price from £299.99 down to

£179.99. I'm a gym member who attends classes several times a week and I enjoy outdoor walks, however there are still times when I'm too exhausted to leave the house. As a fully

remote worker, the only time I step away from my desk is for a quick toilet break or to grab lunch, which merely involves walking downstairs. READ MORE: TEETH WHITENING POWDER THAT

AMAZON SPRING SALE Back when I was office-based, I'd often wander over to colleagues for a chat, head to the kitchen to make a brew, and almost always take a stroll around the block

during lunch breaks. The Sperax Walking Pad Treadmill ensures I get up and move, even if it's just for a quick walk. The treadmill comes with a variety of speed settings, catering for

anything from a leisurely stroll to a full-on run. It features an LED display that accurately tracks your workout, including time, speed, distance, and calories burned. The treadmill comes

with a removable handlebar for added safety, and includes a remote control and a holder for your phone or tablet, allowing you to watch your favourite shows while exercising. I must admit,

my main reason for buying the treadmill was to lose some weight by ensuring I take a brisk walk daily and clock in those crucial steps - especially since the walking pad is conveniently

located next to my desk. But it has given me more benefits than I expected. It allows me to take a much-needed break from my screen during lunch, and I've noticed a decrease in back,

neck, and shoulder pain caused by sitting hunched over my desk all day. In colder weather, using the walking pad is a great way to warm up, saving me from having to turn on the heating.

Besides its weekday use, the treadmill proves incredibly useful for weekend workouts as well. If I have plans, I might not have time to visit the gym, but now I can use the walking pad in

the morning before getting ready and heading out. The treadmill is also surprisingly quiet, ensuring it doesn't disrupt the rest of my household. Before buying Amazon's Sperax

Walking Pad Treadmill, I looked at a few different options. Argos has a Dynamax RunningPad Folding Treadmill priced at £550 that claims to be 'the world's most compact

treadmill', as it can neatly fold away. Debenhams is currently selling a 2 in 1 Folding Treadmill which boasts an 'ultra-quiet motor' on sale for £239.95. I chose the Sperax

treadmill as it ticked all the boxes and was the most affordable. Usually, I take a brisk 20-minute walk every weekday during my lunch break, often adding an extra 20 minutes before or after

work. A quick 20-minute walk allows me to burn around 85 calories and take 2,100 steps. I'm over the moon with the treadmill as it has greatly enhanced both my physical and mental

wellbeing. It seems I'm not alone in this view, as it has garnered hundreds of five-star reviews, with an overall rating of 4.3. However, the treadmill isn't without its flaws, as

I discovered a couple of issues. The first is that it arrived with a crease on the treadmill belt, likely caused during transit, which hasn't smoothed out even after months of use.

Thankfully this hasn't affected the walking pad in any way and isn't a safety concern, but rather a cosmetic issue. The other issue I encountered is that, despite the treadmill

having convenient wheels for easy movement, it is quite heavy. If you need to move it between rooms or up flights of stairs, you'll certainly need at least two people to lift it.

me, all from the comfort of my own home. The Sperax Walking Pad Treadmill is currently available for £179.99 here as part of the Amazon Spring Sale.
