Blundell. A new, immersive Christmas experience is coming to Merseyside in the form of 'Santa's Secret Forest', complete with a custom-built steam train and real reindeer. The event will run
from Friday, November 21 until Wednesday, December 24 at Orrell Hill Woods, Ince Blundell.
Spread across 16 acres of woodland, families will be greeted by Pixel the elf, who will take visitors on a journey "through a glittering woodland trail that leads to the heart of Santa's
Secret Forest to the Christmas Hub". Guests will be invited to board the Tinsel Town Express, an old fashioned steam train which will transport them through a winter landscape to the heart
of Tinsel Town.
Visitors will then be taken to the North Pole Command, the hub of Operation Christmas, where Santa’s elves will be hard at work planning sleigh routes, monitoring weather patterns and
keeping an eye on Santa's ‘Naughty or Nice’ list.
The journey continues with a stop at Santa’s Mailroom—the busiest post room in the world, where children can write their own letters to Santa and send them whizzing down a giant magical
chute, straight to Santa's desk at the North Pole.
From there, families will enter The Workshop, where the magic of Christmas comes alive. A behind-the-scenes look at Santa’s Elves hard at work crafting toys from the wish lists of children
around the world gives a glimpse into the heart of the magic of Christmas.

Surrounded by festive cheer, families will wait to board the Magic Elevators, which will transport them to Santa’s house for a meeting with the main man where they will discover if they are
on his ‘Nice List’.
Then it is back in the magical lift for families to make their way back to Santa’s Secret Forest where guests can visit Santa’s real reindeer and the charming Merrywood Market.
This twinkling woodland courtyard will be brimming with Christmas treats, seasonal surprises, and festive cheer.
'Santa's Secret Forest' will run from Friday, November 21 until Wednesday, December 24 at Orrell Hill Woods, Ince Blundell. The event's creative director Jay McMahon said: “As parents we
wanted to create something truly memorable, and unforgettable for children. An experience as magical as the North Pole closer to home, that was affordable to all so that families could make
Santa’s Secret Forest part of their Christmas tradition and make memories children can carry with them forever.”
