Milan. The Italian right-back was snapped up from Torino in 2015 for a respectable £12.7million and kicked off his United career with an impressive 1-0 Premier League victory over Tottenham
under Louis van Gaal. He was awarded the club's Player of the Month for that August. In the ensuing years, Darmian proved to be a reliable squad player, contributing to FA Cup, League
Cup and Europa League triumphs under various managers. While he wasn't always the first name on the team sheet, he carved out a commendable top-flight career as a versatile full-back.
Darmian bid farewell to Old Trafford in 2019, returning to his native Italy and Serie A with Parma. After a year of solid performances, he moved to Inter on loan, before making the switch
permanent at the end of that season. Since then, Darmian has emerged as an unsung hero in Inter's relentless pursuit of silverware, clinching two Scudettos, three Italian Super Cups and
two Coppa Italia trophies, reports the Mirror. Now, he has the chance to add the Champions League to his list of accolades when Inter face PSG on Saturday night. However, he'll enter
the match with his value significantly lower than during his time with the Red Devils. Article continues below Upon joining United, Darmian was valued at £12.5m, a figure that mirrored the
fee United paid for him, as per Transfermarkt. However, his value depreciated over time due to age and a lack of significant impact at Old Trafford, dropping to £10m in 2018. When Darmian
transferred to Parma at the ripe age of 30 in 2020, his market value stood at £7m. Just prior to his move to Inter at 31, this value took a nosedive to around £3m. This is where the
Champions League finalist's value remains today, at the age of 35. Interestingly, Darmian won't be the only former United player in Inter's squad reaching the showpiece, as
Henrikh Mkhitaryan will also be present in Munich. United acquired the Armenian in 2016 for £26m from German outfit Borussia Dortmund, despite his estimated value at the time being £31m.
Mkhitaryan's form at Old Trafford was respectable, and he featured regularly under Jose Mourinho before moving to Arsenal as part of the deal that saw Alexis Sanchez head in the
