United captain Bruno Fernandes has shared a cryptic and potentially worrying message on his social media for those hoping he will stay at Old Trafford. Fernandes was by far and away

United's best player this season with 19 goals and 20 assists for the club. Without his contributions, United would have found themselves in a relegation battle. This week, _MEN Sport

_reported that Fernandes' agent Miguel Pinho had travelled to Saudi Arabia to discuss the proposal Al Hilal have for him. It is understood that Fernandes is 'seriously

considering' the option of moving to the Saudi Pro League. Should he choose to leave, United are expected to receive £100m for his services. Now, a couple of days on from that meeting,

the captain has posted a message which suggests he could be considering ending the chapter at Old Trafford. In an Instagram story, Fernandes shared a picture written in Portuguese which

reads: "If you tried and failed, congratulations! There are people who don't even try." Considering the speculation circulating regarding his future, the statement will create

some concern for fans wanting him to stay. Article continues below Fernandes has always insisted that he would stay at Old Trafford for as long as the club would have him. However,

following the Europa League final he admitted that United may decide that now is the right time to cash in on him. "‘I have always been honest," he explained following the defeat

to Tottenham Hotspur. "If the club thinks it's time to part ways because they want to do some cashing in or whatever, it's what it is. "Football sometimes is like this.

I've always said I will be here until the club says to me that it's time to go. "I'm eager to do more, to be able to bring the club to the great days. The day that the

club thinks that I'm too much or it's time to part ways, football is like this, you never know it but I've always said it and I keep my word in the same way." Here at The
