The major U.S. stock market indexes opened mixed on Tuesday. The Dow Jones Industrial Average started the day lower, while the S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite were both up. Stocks were able

to pull off a small reversal yesterday. The Dow Jones Industrial Average, S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite started Monday lower, but all three indexes closed higher by the end of the day.

Investors have a few things to watch today. The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development recently cut its forecast for U.S. growth due to tariffs. The Bureau of Labor Statistics

will also be releasing jobs data for the month of April shortly after the opening bell.
