Stocks opened on a down note Friday, after President Donald Trump, in a social-media post, accused China of not living up to an agreement that saw Washington and Beijing mutually slash

tariffs on each other earlier this month. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 118 points, or 0.3%. The S&P 500 fell 0.3%. The Nasdaq Composite also lost 0.3%.
