U.S. stocks were trading near session lows on Tuesday afternoon. The S&P 500 was losing 0.6%, to trade at around 5,921 as of 2:30 p.m. Eastern time, while the Dow Jones Industrial Average was off over 250 points, or 0.6%, and the Nasdaq Composite was falling 0.7%, according to FactSet data. "If today feels like not much is going on, that's because today's intraday SPY range is just 0.34%.
