of misconduct, but I seem to remember the photographic evidence was of Franken _pretending_ to grab the woman’s breasts. However, a quick google shows that the debate apparently didn’t

settle on a definitive conclusion about whether he actually made contact or not. (Or if it really mattered if there was actual contact.) I guess the stickler in me would prefer the sentence

to read “grabbed at” but the longer I think about it, the less this is a hill I am willing to die on. Don’t mind me and please carry on!
