If someone is not sexually attracted to his or her spouse, for any reason, that’s real and that’s a problem. It’s entirely on that person as to what he or she needs to do about it. And
nobody has any right to judge that. By the same token, another spouse’s weight issue, however much of an issue it actually is for that individual, is entirely that individual’s problem.
Period. My guess is all the well meaning advice and offers of help have only made it worse. But one’s eating behavior belongs entirely to said individual, and it is his or her responsibility
to deal with it in whatever way he or she chooses. And nobody has any right to judge that. It’s that person’s business and that person’s body. Nobody else can change another person’s eating
disorder or eating behavior. No one. I have a friend, female, whose boyfriend gained 150 lbs after they moved in together. She fell out of sexual attraction and out of love. She left him.
No judgement. Period. It’s a real problem and it probably is indicative of underlying problems.
