Sean 'Diddy' Combs was back in court for another day of his trial. The 55-year-old faces a number of charges, including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or
coercion and transportation to engage in prostitution. He was arrested in September and strongly denies all allegations made against him. He has been in prison since his arrest and a number
of bail requests have been rejected. Singer Dawn Richard returned to the witness box today. A member of the girl group Danity Kane, Dawn was part of the MTV show Making The Band that was
produced by Diddy. Last week, she had claimed that she watched the abuse unfold over a number of years. During her time on the stand, Dawn testified that Diddy "attacked" ex Cassie
Ventura in front of her. She had said last week: "He came downstairs screaming, belligerent, asking where his food was, and proceeded to hit her over the head kicked her and beat her
to the ground in front of us." Dawn also alleged that Diddy had encouraged her and another woman who saw the attack to not say anything. She claimed he took them into a room and locked
the door and proceeded to tell them it was "just "passion" that they witnessed. Cassie's former friend Kerry Morgan also took to the stand on Monday, where she said she
signed a non-disclosure agreement. She said Cassie approached her to sign the NDA on Combs' behalf following his alleged attack on Kerry in 2018. Kerry signed in exchange for $30,000
and did not speak to her friend Cassie again. Combs' former personal assistant David James began to testify before court was adjourned. Here is a look at the key moments from day six as

Off, despite being aware he was set to be arrested. On day six of the ongoing trial, the jury was shown pictures taken by agents at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Manhattan last year. These
included dozens of bottles of baby oil. Other objects discovered on location include mysterious pink powder in small bags, a bottle of pills and money. Among the drugs found in the room,
according to prosecutors, were ketamine and MDMA. 20:37KEY EVENT COURT ADJOURNED Before both parties left for the day, it was confirmed by the government that a number of witnesses will be

James will return on Tuesday. 20:35Mia O'Hare CASSIE SAID 'I CAN'T GET OUT,' WITNESS CLAIMS Combs' former personal assistant David James said he suggested to Cassie
that she should bail on the "crazy" party lift with Diddy in their early relationship. He said he was smoking outside with Cassie on a trip to Miami with Combs. David testified
Cassie told him: “Man, this lifestyle is crazy,” and he agreed. “Cassie, if it’s so crazy, why don’t you just leave?” he asked her. “I can’t get out,” she said, according to the witness.
“Mr. Combs oversees so much of my life.” David said Cassie told him that she depended on Combs for her career, her home and her salary. “I just didn’t think she could easily leave,” he said.
20:19Mia O'Hare COMBS' 'RELATIVELY UNIQUE' RIDER Combs' former assistant David James has told the court Combs had a 'relatively unique' rider when he
would stay in hotels. A rider is a list of what a prominent guest would like in their hotel room. David said he would prepare riders for Combs' hotels, green rooms and music venues. He
also described being told by Combs' security guards to "stay in his lane," when he would ask questions. 20:11KEY EVENT COMBS' PERSONAL ASSISTANT TESTIFIES David James
testified he applied to work for Combs after seeing a New York Times story. He hoped to break into the fashion industry, he said. David said he had an interview with the head of human
resources at Combs' Bad Boy label during the interview process. He said the woman pointed to a picture of Combs and told him: “This is Mr. Combs’s kingdom. We’re all here to serve in

apartment. Combs controlled everything.” “She would have lost all of her livelihood,” she said. 18:00Mia O'Hare INCIDENT THAT ENDED KERRY'S FRIENDSHIP Combs allegedly attacked
Kerry Morgan in 2018 with a wooden hanger. She said: “I had a concussion. I was dizzy. I vomited a few times." Afterward, Kerry said Cassie approahced her to sign a non-disclosure
agreement on Combs' behalf. Kerry signed in exhange for $30,000 and did not speak to her friend again. 17:56KEY EVENT KERRY ADDRESSES 2016 HOTEL INCIDENT Kerry Morgan told the court she
saw Cassie after she was attacked in a Los Angeles hotel in 2016 after leaving a 'Freak Off' by Combs. “She had her hoodie, like, over her head and she was kind of slumped and
just dropped her bags,” Kerry said. “And then she pulled her hoodie back and she had a black eye.” Kerry said Combs began banging on the front door with a hammer about half an hour after she
had arrived. She said Cassie appeared “numb" and added: “I don’t think she cared if he came in and killed her." 17:50Mia O'Hare HOLLYWOOD AND JAMAICA INCIDENTS Kerry Morgan
told the court she watched Combs act violently towards Cassie on two occasions. She alleged one incident happened at a home Combs was renting in Hollywood and another in Jamaica. Kerry
described seeing Combs push Cassie when the pair were in a bedroom in the California home. She said she yelled at a security guard to "do something". Kerry claimed she and Cassie
left the house and hid while Combs and the security guard searched for them. Speaking of another altercation in 2013 in Jamaica, she said Combs complained Cassie was taking too long in the

DAWN TESTIFIED COMBS THREATENED TO KILL HER Singer Dawn Richard has testified that Combs threatened to kill her if she told anyone that she saw him beat his longtime girlfriend Cassie
Ventura. Dawn told the jury that Combs issued the threat the day after she witnessed him try to hit Cassie with a skillet and then beat her. She said he told her and another woman who saw
the attack that “we could go missing” if either revealed what they saw. Assistant U.S. Attorney Mitzi Steiner asked what she took “we could go missing” to mean. Dawn replied: “That we could
die,” saying she was shocked because all of this happened just as she was beginning to record with Diddy — Dirty Money, a musical trio she formed with Combs and another R&B singer.

former Bad Boy executive Harve Pierre, assistants Capricorn Clark and "Mia" - another alleged victim of Combs who is also expected to testify - and security D-Roc and Roger Bonds
witnessed it too. 15:19Jasmine Allday DAWN UNDER CROSS-EXAMINATION Dawn is now being cross-examined by Sean Combs' lawyer Nicole Westmoreland. On Monday morning, Dawn claimed there were
two more instances of Sean allegedly assaulting his ex-girlfriend. One is said to have taken place at a concert in Central Park, with Dawn claiming she had seen him punch Cassie in the
face. Another incident allegedly took place in West Hollywood in 2010. Dawn claimed she had seen Sean punch Cassie in the stomach. She also claimed she had seen Sean grab Cassie around the
neck and smack her in the mouth, telling her to "shut the f*** up". 14:58KEY EVENT DAWN QUIZZED ON STAND Dawn was asked by Assistant U.S. Attorney Mitzi Steiner about the instances
of violence she had seen which involved Sean Combs and Cassie Ventura between 2009 and 2011. She testified that she had "frequently" seen Sean be violent with Cassie. She claimed
that she had seen him "punch her, choke her, drag her, slap her in the mouth ... I saw him kick her. Punch her in the stomach." 14:41KEY EVENT JURY RETURNS AS TODAY'S COURT
PROCEEDINGS BEGIN The jury are now back in the box and Dawn Richard has returned to the stand. She was in court on Friday and is back again today, where she wore a striped brown blazer over
a grey vest alongside a white button-up and striped trousers. 12:31Jasmine Allday CASSIE 'HIT WITH BLACK SKILLET', DAWN CLAIMS Dawn had claimed that she saw Diddy drag Cassie
upstairs by her hair, with his arm around her neck. She alleged to have seen Diddy using a black skillet to hit Cassie over the head when he was angry. "He started to punch and kick her
... body and her head," Dawn told the court. She claimed Diddy then put his arm around her neck and his hand on her head and dragged her up the stairs. "I was scared for her and
scared to do anything," she said. She said she didn't try to intervene and didn't call the police, in part because "I had never seen anything like that before."

had been at Diddy's home at the time, where she was recording for Diddy's MTV reality show Making The Band. The show launched the group Danity Kane, which Dawn was a part of.
