LUIS DIAZ HAS BEEN LINKED WITH SUMMER MOVES TO BARCELONA AND THE SAUDI PRO LEAGUE, AND HIS PARTNER'S INSTAGRAM ACTIVITY HAS GOT MANY LIVERPOOL FANS FEELING HE COULD BE ABOUT TO LEAVE
20:45, 01 Jun 2025 Luis Diaz's partner has turned heads by posting what many are determining to be a goodbye message to Liverpool and the club's fans amid speculation linking the
Colombian winger with a move away. Gera Ponce took to Instagram to share images of the couple and their young children as they celebrated winning the Premier League title in front of the
Kop, as well as video from last Monday's trophy parade in the city. Diaz was a key player for Arne Slot over the last campaign, scoring 17 times in 50 appearances as the Dutchman used
him on both the left of the attack and through the middle, often to great effect. But despite Slot's regular reliance upon the Colombian, rumours have persisted about the
28-year-old's potential departure from Anfield. READ MORE: Liverpool star pictured with Reds transfer target after he's spotted on Anfield visitREAD MORE: Florian Wirtz transfer
twist as two Liverpool bids REJECTED and two Reds stars eyed for swap Diaz has been strongly linked with a move to Barcelona, with sporting director Deco recently confirming that the Catalan
giants would be keen on signing him. The former Porto man is also being targeted by clubs in Saudi Arabia. He currently has two years remaining on his contract at Liverpool, and has stated
that he would like to stay at the club. Article continues below But with Liverpool eyeing a move for German star Florian Wirtz and being strongly linked with Frankfurt forward Hugo Ekitike,
they may be tempted to cash in on Diaz should a suitable offer arrive. Gera wrote on Instagram: "To the incredible Liverpool fans. From the first day we arrived, we felt first hand what
it means to be a part of this club. We knew the slogan was 'You’ll Never Walk Alone', but to hear them sing it with so much passion, support us every moment and show such
unconditional love... confirmed to us that here you never walk alone. "This fan doesn't just support, it feels. And what you have made my boyfriend and our entire family feel is
something we carry in our souls. "Thank you for so much love, for so much dedication and for making us feel at home. Being a part of this fan is a privilege. There's no doubt:
they're the best in the world. This is a real bond, deep and strong, that reaffirms that we'll never walk alone." The message, which was liked by Diaz's account,
doesn't confirm that the Colombian is leaving of course, and could instead merely be a gesture of thanks to Reds supporters. However, Gera's post was soon flooded with comments
from Liverpool fans. One wrote "I hope this isn't a farewell post", with another adding "I hope you're both not wishing us farewell, we love you guys and we want you
to stay." Barcelona fans also spotted the post, and were quick to reply and 'welcome' the couple to Catalonia. Article continues below JOIN OUR NEW WHATSAPP COMMUNITY _AND
