mothers a place to live with their babies for up to > eighteen months while they gain the necessary skills and resources > to change their lives” and help teen moms “become productive,

even in cases of rape and incest and who opposes comprehensive sex education should be at the forefront of championing support systems that make it easier for young mothers to keep their
babies.”
