ABSTRACT DR. Ross is to be congratulated on a very readable book. He gives a good account of the unconscious which he considers must be assumed to exist. Although the author, to a large
extent, is a very staunch supporter of Freud, he is very honest in his appraisal of his methods, and candidly admits that suggestion must in any analysis play a very important part. This we
consider very important and very true. An Introduction to Analytical Psychotherapy. By Dr. T. A. ROSS. Pp. vii + 203. (London: Edward Arnold and Co., 1932.) 10_s_. 6_d_. net. ARTICLE PDF
