The winning numbers for Wednesday's Powerball lottery drawing were 27, 35, 39, 51, and 66, and the Powerball was 16. The Powerball jackpot was an estimated $43 million with a cash
option of $29.3 million, but did anyone win? Nobody won the jackpot last night, so it will roll over to Saturday night's lottery draw—where it will be worth an estimated $55 million
with a cash option of $37.5 million. Like the jackpot, no players matched five numbers to win a million dollars either. However, six players matched four numbers and the Powerball, and won
$50,000. Two players did the same but used the Power Play, which was 5X last night, and won $250,000 each. Hundreds of players won either $100 or $500 each using the Power Play, by matching
either four numbers or three numbers and the Powerball. Additionally, hundreds of thousands of players won prizes ranging from $4 to $35 by matching a range of combinations of numbers, from
just the Powerball to three numbers. HOW TO PLAY POWERBALL The next Powerball drawing will take place on Saturday, April 10. The jackpot will be worth an estimated $55 million with a cash
option of $37.5 million, but how do you enter? Firstly, purchase a Powerball ticket for $2 per play from a licensed lottery retailer with the option of adding the Power Play to your ticket
for an additional $1 per play. The Power Play feature will multiply non-jackpot prizes by 2, 3, 4, 5, or 10 times, and the multiplier number is randomly selected just before each drawing.
The 10X multiplier will only be active when the advertised jackpot annuity is $150 million or less, so it will be in play for Saturday night's draw. The Match 5 prize with Power Play is
always $2 million, even if the Power Play number is 10. Secondly, select five numbers ranging from 1 to 69 for the white balls plus one number ranging from 1 to 26 for the red Powerball.
The sales cut-off times vary by one to two hours before the drawing, depending on the selling jurisdiction, and the Powerball drawing will take place at 11 p.m. ET. PLAY POWERBALL
