FAIRFAX CITY, VA — Now that the weather is getting warmer, it's time to enjoy some outdoor, socially-distanced concerts. George Mason University has the answer with a series of
performances this spring on the Mason Pond Lawn, which sits in the shadow of the Center for the Arts. Audiences are encouraged to bring food and a blanket to enjoy the shows. They're

University Chorale performs a series of Broadway classics, including "Seize the Day" from _Newsies_, "Circle of Life" from _Lion King,_ "When you Believe" from

April 30, 8 p.m.; Saturday, May 1, 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Based on workshops and interviews conducted with young runaways in New York City in the 1970s, this production by the School of
