Morgan last signed a contract extension with the Cherry and Whites in 2016 and is now set to leave Kingsholm according to a report in The Rugby Paper.

The 28-year-old, who was left out of Eddie Jones Six Nations squad, has not won a cap under the Aussie and last represented his country at the ill-fated 2015 Rugby World Cup.

So with only limited time left in his career and chances of an international recall fading, it’s suggested he will head over the Channel following the 2019 Rugby World Cup.
