hosted his guests in an open air restaurant on the 34th floor, had loud music playing well into wee hours of the night, way post the 1:30 AM deadline. A local resident called the cops and
the hotel had to pay a fine twice, once at 1:30 AM after the first complaint, and the second time at 3:30 AM, when the cops had to drop by once again. But the birthday boy and his friends
were in no mood to turn down the music.
