Bhartruhari Mahtab has won This Lok Sabha Seat In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, the Cuttack seat was won by BJD candidate Bhartruhari Mahtab, while BJP candidate Prakash Mishra had come in


second place. In 2014's General Elections, Cuttack constituency was won by BJD candidate Bhartruhari Mahatab and Congress candidate Aparajita Mohanty was the runner-up. Assembly seats
