At least 25 people died after a fire broke out in a firecracker factory at Bhatan village in Madhya Pradesh’s Balaghat district on Wednesday afternoon. > Madhya Pradesh chief minister 


Shivraj Singh Chouhan announced > compensation of Rs 2 lakh for the next of kin of those who died in > the fire. The blaze started around 3 pm in the factory located around 10


kilometres from the district headquarters in the Kotwali police station limits. Earlier, the district collector Bharat Yadav had said that a couple of people are still feared to be trapped


under the debris. Yadav also said that the victims were workers at the factory and the incident took place while work was on. The cracker factory is owned by Warish Ahmed. > What exactly
