Mandurah man they allege was a passenger in the taxi which crashed at the intersection of Rouse and Mandurah Roads about 10.30am. The man was interviewed regarding the circumstances


surrounding the crash and the death of the 67-year-old taxi driver. The 46-year-old has been charged with assault of the driver of a passenger vehicle with aggravating circumstances,


deprivation of liberty, criminal damage, threats with intent to compel the doing of an act and two counts of threats with intent to gain benefit. He will appear in the Perth Magistrates
