THE INCIDENT HAPPENED OVER THE WEEKEND POLICE CONFIRMED IN A STATEMENT ON MONDAY 17:56, 02 Jun 2025 A young child has died following what is being referred to as a "medical
incident" at a property in Gwynedd, north Wales. The incident happened on Sunday, June 1, North Wales Police confirmed in a statement issued on Monday. The force was called to an
address at Nantlle on Sunday afternoon from where the child was taken to hospital. Despite the efforts of multiple emergency services including police officers and paramedics the child sadly
couldn't be saved, the force confirmed. An force spokesperson said: "Emergency services attended the address which resulted in a child being taken to hospital where they sadly
died. The death is being treated as unexpected, and the coroner is aware." Article continues below Locals reported six police vehicles and a pair of ambulances at the scene. Crews
arrived in the village, which is south east of Caernarfon, at about 2pm.
