GABBY LOGAN IS ONE OF THE MOST RECOGNISABLE FACES ON TELEVISION AND HER TWINS ARE ALSO MAKING A NAME FOR THEMSELVES IN THE WORLD OF SPORT 12:45, 09 Feb 2025Updated 17:46, 10 Feb 2025 Gabby
Logan had a special message of support for her son after a spirited Scotland fell short in a frantic eight-try match in the Under-20s Six Nations competition. Ireland romped to a 15-33
victory in the second round of the competition, with Reuben Logan playing in the back row after his move to play for Scotland. Gabby, who will be leading the presenting team for BBC's
coverage of the Scotland v Ireland game at Murrayfield today, was quick to tell her son how "very proud" she was of him after he said on Instagram that it had been a "hard
night" for Scotland. Together with her husband, former rugby star Kenny Logan, she has 19-year-old twins, Reuben and Lois, who are both making their mark in the world of sport. Gabby
was an impressive gymnast during her youth, competing for Wales and Great Britain, and husband Kenny played 70 times for Scotland. Their children have seemingly inherited their athletic
prowess, as they embark on successful sporting paths of their own. Reuben has followed in his father's footsteps into professional rugby, moving through Wasps academy and joining
Northampton Saints in 2023. After spending the 2023/24 season with Hinckley RFC in National 2 West, he's been capped for England at both under-18 and under-20 levels and was also
eligible to play for Wales through his grandfather Terry Yorath, the former Wales football manager from Cardiff. However, the back-row forward decided to follow in his dad's footsteps -
with Kenny having won 70 caps at senior level for Scotland - and was named in the Scotland U20 squad for the 2025 campaign. You can read more about that here. Like any youngster, Rueben has
occasionally found his parents' openness a bit cringe-worthy. Gabby confessed that her frank discussions about her and Kenny's intimate life have not always been well-received by
their children. Gabby revealed: "I make life really difficult for him by having (my own) podcast where I talk about my sex life." She went on to say: "He's like,
'Mum, it's really nice that you and dad have talked about his prostate cancer. Can you stop talking about your sex life for me though, because now I go into work, they play clips
of The Mid Point in the dressing room at Northampton'." Twin Lois is also making a name for herself in showjumping, having qualified for the Horse Of The Year Show in 2021, and
supports her passion by participating in competitions like the Andalucía Sunshine Tour and representing Great Britain. Besides her equestrian pursuits, she's also an active runner,
joining her mother in several half-marathons. The mother-daughter duo ran together in April for the London Landmarks Half Marathon, fundraising for Muscular Dystrophy UK. "So I said yes
and then suggested to @loislogansj that she should do it. And she said yes. I think I was trying to prove that being 50 wasn't a barrier to pushing myself," Gabby expressed on
Instagram.. Article continues below When Gabby left Lois off to studying at Loughborough University it was emotional. Reflecting on her experience, she shared this heartfelt note: "So
today was the day. And to all of you yet to drop off at University I am not going to pretend it's a breeze. It's a day full of wonderful emotion, a few tears and lots of laughter
with the end of one aspect of our roles, but the beginning of a new relationship where we parents have to shift our innate desire to protect and guard and allow our kids to use the wings we
have helped to nurture." JOIN THE WALES RUGBY WHATSAPP COMMUNITY The Wales Rugby breaking news and top stories WhatsApp community has launched - and thousands of fans have already
