Annette Luyegu, PhD, is a senior research advisor in AARP Research managing areas exploring consumer experiences, contact centers and employees. She is also an expert in research methods and

questionnaire design.  Before AARP, Annette was a survey researcher at Mathematica where she designed and conducted qualitative and quantitative research for nonprofits as well as federal

and state governments.  Annette holds a doctorate in educational research and evaluation, and a master’s in international affairs, both from Ohio University.
