payments to four million customers. Britain's biggest building society has confirmed it will be running its Fairer Share payment scheme again this summer. Customers will receive the

continues below Nationwide said the £100 bonus payments would start entering bank accounts from June 18, and could be paid out up to July 4. The Fairer Share scheme will be returning for the


third consecutive year. It is not a guaranteed annual event but dependent on the building society's financial performance over the previous year. Chief executive Debbie Crosbie said it

members and recorded our highest ever year for growth in mortgage lending and retail deposit balances, and we remain first for customer service.” The latest payments come after millions of
