The Met Office has warned that freezing fog is heading its way to Coventry and Warwickshire. As well as this, the temperature is set to feel like -3C.


The latest local online forecast shows that the weather is going to start feeling colder as we head into the weekend. It will start with waking up to frosty mornings but, by Thursday


(February 6) there will be some freezing fog.


As the colder weather continues to dominate it will lead to temperatures to fall and, by Saturday (February 8) it could feel as cold as -3C. However, it is set to be a dry weekend.

The latest online forecast is as follows:


Today


Often cloudy through the morning but some sunnier breaks likely at times. A band of rain will arrive during the afternoon, clearing early evening. Breezy but mild for early February. Maximum


temperature 11C.


Tonight


Skies clearing this evening and remaining dry overnight. Winds becoming light and turning cold with a touch of frost in the countryside. Minimum temperature 1C.


Wednesday


A dry and bright day with sunny periods, these prolonged at times. Some cloudier interludes are also likely. Feeling a little colder but winds staying light. Maximum temperature 8C.


Outlook for Thursday to Saturday


Plenty of sunshine on Thursday although isolated freezing fog patches may linger locally. Somewhat cloudier on Friday and Saturday but staying mainly dry. Turning colder with widespread


overnight frosts.
