11:02, 21 Jan 2025 Manchester City have signed their second defender in 24 hours after landing Vitor Reis. The Brazilian teenager has joined City from Palmeiras in a £30m deal. Reis has
agreed a contract that will keep him at the Etihad until 2029. And his arrival comes hot on the heels of City signing Uzbekistan centre back Abdukodir Khusanov from Lens for £34m. Reis, 19,
said: "I'm excited to join Manchester City, one of the biggest clubs in the world. "Everyone has seen the amazing achievements in recent seasons, and I want to make my mark as
we seek more trophies. Working with Pep Guardiola is something every young player wants to do, and I know he can help me to develop into the best player I can be. "City also have a lot
of experience of working with Brazilian footballers and joining the likes of Ederson and Savinho in the squad will be a big help to me." The club's director of football, Txiki

help us now and for a long time into the future." Meanwhile Kyle Walker is closing in on a loan move to AC Milan. The City captain has travelled to Milan to undergo a medical and is
