YANGMING ADDS SEATTLE TO TRANSPACIFIC LINK    Yangming Marine, a carrier of a global alliance with China Ocean Shipping Co. and Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, is adding Seattle to its weekly

transpacific PSW service.    The maiden call at Seattle will be made by the “Ming Cosmos” when it departs on Oct. 6.    The PSW service uses five Yangming-owned 5,551-TEU vessels and the

revised port rotation is Yantian, Hong Kong, Kaohsiung, Keelung, Los Angeles, Oakland, Seattle, Yokohama, Keelung, Hong Kong and Yantian.    Details of the transit times between the ports on
