The man is one of two suspects officers from Durham Police want to speak to in connection with an incident of criminal damage in Darlington, where a car was damaged and rocks thrown at
windows.
A spokesperson for Darlington Police said: "The incident happened in Meadowsweet Lane, just after 10pm on Sunday, May 18.
"Two suspects are believed to have caused damage to a white Ford Kuga car and thrown rocks at windows of a house. One suspect is reported to have been walking with a limp prior to the
incident after concealing an axe in his trouser leg."
Anyone with information is urged to call 101 quoting crime reference number 419 of May 18. Alternatively, call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
