NCAA RANKINGS EDMOND, Okla. - Senior Sean Derry rejoined the NCAA Division II Wrestling rankings at 184 pounds and two more Vikings earn nods in the rankings released Monday morning. Derry earned the No. 7 billing, TJ North holds the highest AC rankings at No. 3 in the 125-pound class, and Jayd Docken remains firmly planted at No. 5 at 197 pounds. Derry dropped out of the rankings two releases ago, despite having a 22-3 record at the time, but four wins later, Derry jumps back in the 184-pound rankings at No. 7. Derry qualified for the NCAA Championships last season, but did not compete due to injury. North continued his climb up the 125-pound national rankings, moving into third two weeks ago. At 26-3, North is tied with Derry for the best Augustana record this season. North is undefeated against Division II opponents this season with a 15-0 mark. Docken has suffered just two losses this season, and has been ranked at least fifth in the NCAA rankings all season. Docken returns to the NCAA Super Region Championships after taking third last year then placing sixth at the NCAA Championships to earn All-America honors. The Vikings remained receiving votes in the team poll for the seventh consecutive release.
