hours on Wednesday 1 March 2023 until 23:45 hours on Wednesday 29 March 2023. * The application for variation of the standard international operator’s licence of Reays Coaches Limited
PC1038719 reducing the number of authorised vehicles from 70 vehicles to 45 vehicles is granted with effect from Thursday 30 March 2023. * A formal warning is recorded against former
Transport Manager Christopher Reay. His good repute shall be marked as tarnished but not lost. * A strong formal warning is recorded against former Transport Manager Brett Caine. His good
repute shall be marked as severely tarnished but not lost. * The good repute of Transport Manager Adam Skelton is lost, pursuant to Schedule 3 of the 1981 Act. Under paragraph 7B of that
Schedule, he is disqualified from acting as a transport manager on any operator’s licence with effect from 26 February 2023 until further order of a Traffic Commissioner. * A formal warning
is recorded against Transport Manager Brian Karl Richardson. His good repute shall be marked as tarnished but not lost. * The following undertakings offered by Reays Coaches Ltd shall be
recorded on the licence: * Reays Coaches Ltd will arrange an independent audit to be carried out by the RHA, Logistics UK or other suitable independent body in January 2024. The audit will
assess the systems for complying with maintenance and drivers’ hours requirements, and the effectiveness with which those systems are implemented. The audit should cover at least the
applicable elements in the attached annex. A copy of the audit report, together with the operator’s detailed proposals for implementing the report’s recommendations, must be sent to the
Office of the Traffic Commissioner at Golborne within 14 days of the date the operator receives it from the auditor and by no later than 28 February 2024. * Reays Coaches Ltd will ensure
that at any given time no fewer than two suitably qualified Transport Managers are engaged by the company and named on the Operator’s licence unless a request to vary this undertaking is
