Wilfred Ndidi and Bilal El Khannouss may have played their final Leicester City match after the pair were ruled out of the Premier League finale at Bournemouth. Ndidi is unwell and El
Khannouss is absent through personal reasons, meaning neither even make the bench at the Vitality Stadium. With Sunday’s out the final game before City head into the Championship, neither
may feature for City again. Changes are expected in the squad over the summer, with key men sold to help the club cope with drop in revenue they will suffer in the second tier, and so that
could see Ndidi and El Khannouss leave. Ndidi, who has two years left on his contract, was of interest to Monaco in the January window and there may be suitors for the Nigerian this summer.
Interest is also expected in El Khannouss after the 21-year-old’s show of potential in attacking midfield this season, although City will need to sell for more than £20m to make a profit on
the Moroccan. On the south coast, they were replaced by Victor Kristiansen and Oliver Skipp as Ruud van Nistelrooy reverted to the back-five system he used briefly in March and April. Luke
Thomas is expected to shuffle inside to join Wout Faes and captain Conor Coady in the middle of the defence. Patson Daka was also brought into the team up front, with Jamie Vardy having said
farewell last weekend. The absent players were all replaced in the squad by youngsters, with Sammy Braybrooke, Michael Golding, and Bade Aluko called up to the squad. WHICH PLAYERS ARE YOU
