musician, Kieran Shudall, and they wanted to write something more uplifting after the powerful anthem from his last album, Breadline. He said: "Kieran and I had worked together on
‘Breadline’ the day before, which was quite heavy, so we made the conscious decision to write another that was a pure dopamine hit. It’s a song that collective joy, inspired by a chat with a
hugely intelligent mate about what elements of our existence can be truly universal. "It’s about defiance, about all of us, no matter who we are and what our bank balance is, wanting
to find that little stretch of warm, blue sea once our work is done.” Jamie explained the title contained a message to fans as he added: "The title comes from the feeling of looking
across at the other side, wondering whether the grass is greener. Article continues below "Could we get to the other side and really be alive? Perhaps above all, this is a direct
address to the fans that have stuck by me, our collective joy. We’ve been on this ride together, we’ll always remember it and we’ll always be together." The video for the song is now
live and stars This City Is Ours star, James Nelson-Joyce. Production was facilitated by the Liverpool Film Office and a video shared on their Instagram account saw Jamie heap praise on the
star of his music video. He said: "For James to come and do this video at a time when it's obviously gone so busy for him shows how much of a Scouser he is." Walton born star
James explained he was delighted to be involved with the project. In a video shared on Jamie's Instagram channel, he said: "The beauty of this song is it's a mixture Something
In The Air, with that soulful message, but it's also got This Place in it as well so it's a nice collaboration of both. "This is one of the many reasons I love Jamie.
He's Liverpool's Bob Dylan and he always writes with a message. I think it's something new. It's still Jamie being Jamie and it's got that upbeat feel with a proper
powerful message behind it. I think everyone will love it when they hear it." Fans took to the comments on the YouTube account and heaped praise on the new track. @SheffPhysioPTC said:
"Oh my days, that's obscene how good it is. "That tune and the video with James and pals - I've got goosebumps. Imagine that live at a festival in the sun and some
