If something works on one machine and not another machine that’s a sign to me it wasn’t very well tested. I would rather hear someone tell me that a bug is intermittent. If we view it that

way then we can get together and think about what else was happening at that time that may have contributed to the fail. Most of us would like to not see the problem again so we need to

think about it in a bigger context.
