UNC-Chapel Hill will hire Larry Fedora as its new football coach. Fedora will leave his head coaching position at Southern Miss to take over the tarnished UNC program. In a written

statement, UNC Athletic Director Bubba Cunningham said Fedora is the best person to move the Tar Heel football program forward. That means past the scandal that still isn't fully
