Harvard Business School professor Michael Norton has been named among a panel of leading academics and industry heavyweights judging the first ever MSix Awards. The awards, which have just
six categories, have been devised by consumer psychologist Adam Ferrier and are part of MSiX – Marketing Sciences Ideas Xchange – which launched last year as a one-day conference in
conjunction with Mumbrella. Norton, who is also the the co-author of Happy Money: The Science of Happier Spending, is joined on the jury by Behaviour Change Partners principal Paul Fishlock,
SapientNitro national strategy director Phil Phelan, Pollinate CEO Howard Parry-Husbands, former Red Jelly strategic planning director Eaon Pritchard. Behavioural specialist Bri Williams
and The Behavioural Architects founder Mike Daniels are also on the judging panel, while Queensland University of Technology (QUT) professor Gayle Kerr, the founding president of Australia
and NZ Academy of Advertising and QUT advertising lecturer Nicolas Pontes round out the academics on the jury. ADVERTISEMENT The awards are being supported by the Queensland University of
Technology. The awards will focus on setting the gold standard for marketing sciences work in six categories: Best Insight, Best use of Behavioural Economics, Clever Data, Best use of
